The company
An international industrial company operating in the automotive sector is looking to strengthen its commercial structure in Europe with the incorporation of a senior Key Account Manager.
The role
Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will take ownership of key customer relationships within the European automotive market, ensuring the continuity of existing business while contributing to further commercial development.
This position requires a senior professional with a well-established network in the automotive industry in Europe, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in both the commercial and administrative sides of the role.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic customer accounts across Europe.
Maintain and expand existing business with key automotive clients.
Lead pricing discussions, quotations and RFQ processes.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective customer follow-up.
Handle the administrative side of account management, including pricing updates, commercial conditions and data management through SAP and related tools.
Monitor customer activity, market developments and potential business opportunities.
What we are looking for
Solid experience in Key Account Management within the automotive sector.
A strong professional network across the European automotive industry.
Good understanding of OEM environments and related commercial processes.
A senior, hands-on profile, combining business development capability with strong administrative rigor.
Experience working with SAP and managing the operational side of customer accounts.
Fluent English is essential; German would be an advantage.
