The company

The role

Reporting to the CEO/General Management and partnering closely with key business areas, the Chief People Officer will lead the overall People strategy and HR operations, driving culture, talent and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the People strategy (organization, culture, leadership).

• Lead talent acquisition for key roles and ensure a strong onboarding process.

• Drive performance management, learning and development.

• Oversee employee relations and advise managers on day-to-day people matters.

• Manage compensation & benefits, engagement and internal communication.

• Improve processes, reporting and KPIs (HRIS/ERP).
