The Company

Relevant multinational company in the industrial sector.

The position

This position is responsible for the analysis and performance of engineering study processes, responding to plant needs or special projects lead by corporate in matters such as processes, investments and sizing in order to achieve and optimize those issues.

Main responsabilities

- Develop, analyze and identify methods, practices, aligned with de Spain Process Manager, which will contribute to the profitability of the company by reducing cost, energy consumption, or by increasing product quality or throughput.

- Develop solutions to address technical needs/problems for complex issues related to
processes encompassing multiple disciplines.

- Develop, modify, and implement (in coordination with the corporate teams) internal
standards, methods and procedures in his/her plant, in order to improve production
capacity, quality and/or process efficiencies.

- Execute audits, performance studies, and technical analysis from an operational point of view.

- Be a reference promoting Safety, Energy, Environmental, Diversity and Equality Policies.

Profile required

- University degree in Chemical Engineering.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar positions.

- Level of English: minimum B2.

- Organized, methodical, motivated, dynamic and results-oriented person.

- Team player, Initiative, Organizational and planning skills, Responsibility.

- Ability to manage conflicts.

- Ability to manage projects and budgets
